A friend sent me this colorful article in support of the Big 3 bailout. After checking out my blog he might have seen that I made a few comments of my own about GM. I found it quite interesting.

Sushi, Saki Bombs and Sex Notes.
As we ate sushi, drank Saki bombs and told dirty jokes at a table of friends, naughty notes were passed at the dinner table. That was drawn on the paper used to conceal our chop sticks. Not a bad penis drawing, huh? My friend's girlfriend has got some artistic talent and an active imagination.
My friend showed me, not to his girlfriend's willingness. What did I do? I struck when the iron was hot. I told them I'd share this comedy with the world. What good sports. :)

Linux Girl
This is one of those pictures that circulated through all the guys' emails at the office that I just had to post. Sexist, yes. Too sexist to post, no.
But really, this is just a metaphore for how sexy Linux really is. It's bad ass. Just ask anyone who knows anything about computers. That's right, those penguins' belly buttons are cold too.

The Top 15 Xbox 360 Case Mods
I’m not exactly sure what makes people want to mod their game systems. Maybe it’s a creative spark, maybe it’s complete and utter obsession with a game, or maybe it’s just boredom. Whatever the case, there have been some truly amazing skins made specifically for the Xbox 360.-irfanmp

"Earlier in the day, G.M. confirmed that it had legal advisors — including Harvey R. Miller of the firm Weil Gotshal & Manges —to consider a possible bankruptcy, which the company until now has said would be cataclysmic not just for G.M. but for Chrysler and Ford as well. The rescue plan approved by the House on Wednesday by a vote of 237 to 170 would have extended $14 billion in loans to the troubled automakers and required them to submit to broad government oversight directed by a car czar to be named by Mr. Bush."- AP NY Times
Tsk, tsk GM. Not selling too many tanks these days, huh? Too bad thousands of people will lose jobs because a few at the top were greedy and ran the company into the ground. Perhaps in the context of everything else, they couldn't forecast a great, unprecedented economic melt down. Or maybe they're just trying to get their "get out of jail free" card. Who knows. All I know is, I put in $19 at the pump today and filled my little japanese car. At least they've got the right idea.

My VMWARE Fusion
Pretty soon PCs will be obsolete. And before you know it, machines will harvest humans like eggs from a hen for energy.
That's far into the future, and we're not talking of such dire truths here. We're talking about VMWARE fusion. As you can see in the screenshot I've taken on my MBP, I'm running windows in a virtual "bubble" (I require windows for work.) But I had no intention of buying a PC. The alternative would be this.
The virtual software runs like a physical machine but it's not; naturally, it's allocated by disk space. You could infer then, that someone could run multiple machines on one piece of hardware. And you would infer correctly. The only limit is disk space and memory. If someone has a lot of both, they can run as many virtual machines as necessary.
That, in a nutshell, is my VMWARE Fusion.
